Job Responsibilities

• Drive and develop systematic improvement work within healthcare.
• Analyze, improve, and develop healthcare processes based on patient needs and collaborate with external actors.
• Support unit managers and employees in implementing new methods, working practices, and driving development that promotes the business.
• Ensure the transition to close-to-home care, with high patient participation and a person-centered approach.
• Develop the use of digital technology within municipal healthcare.
• Monitor the external environment and capture good ideas and opportunities.
• Ensure and follow up on cross-professional work based on patient needs.
• Improve and develop rehabilitation processes.
• Hold overall responsibility for leading and coordinating rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, with experience in municipal healthcare.
• Experience in change and development work within healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working both strategically and operationally.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate, and create engagement.
• Genuine interest in close-to-home care, digital development, and person-centered working methods.

As a person, you are confident in your competence and have the ability to:

• Analyze, collaborate, inspire, and motivate to achieve good results.
• Work independently and structured, actively keeping management groups informed about ongoing work and results.
• Drive business-related development work with curiosity.
