About the role

We are currently, on behalf of one of our clients, looking for an Employer Branding Specialist for full-time work in Helsingborg. This is an exciting opportunity for you who have 2–4 years of experience within employer branding, talent attraction, or marketing and want to help strengthen a company's attractiveness as an employer.

In this role, you will work closely with HR, recruitment, and marketing to develop and communicate the company's employer brand. You will have the opportunity to drive initiatives that attract, engage, and strengthen the relationship with both current and future employees.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary, but include among other things:

• Plan and execute employer branding activities and campaigns
• Develop content for social media, career pages, and other communication channels
• Strengthen the company's presence in the labor market and increase awareness of the employer brand
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract the right candidates
• Participate in and coordinate job fairs, student events, and networking meetings
• Analyze and follow up on employer branding efforts and key performance indicators
• Contribute to the development of the employee experience and internal communication initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education in HR, marketing, communication, or equivalent
• Have 2–4 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, marketing, or a similar field
• Have a good understanding of digital communication and social media
• Are creative and have the ability to create engaging content
• Have good project management skills and work in a structured manner
• Are communicative and skilled at building relationships with different target groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with employer brands in growth or change environments
• Experience in recruitment marketing
• Skills in graphic production or content creation
• Experience with analysis tools and follow-up of campaign results
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
