About the Role

The basic mission of Folktandvården Västernorrland (Public Dental Health Care) is to contribute to life and health in Västernorrland by promoting good oral health on equal terms. We offer general dental care and specialist dental care within all specialties.

Folktandvården Sollefteå forms a business area with the clinics in Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik Municipality, and Härnösand. We provide modern, health-oriented dental care and practice team-based dentistry. We are currently seeking dental hygienists for permanent positions, full-time or part-time, at our clinics in Kramfors and Sollefteå. The position will be filled as soon as possible or according to agreement, as we are in a very acute situation with a significant shortage of healthcare providers.

We are now looking for you who are a dental hygienist and want to become part of our team. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement.

Responsibilities

As a dental hygienist with us, you will work with both pediatric and adult dental care, people with various disabilities, and patients with special support needs. We have a developed introduction and supervision program so that you will feel cared for and part of the team from day one. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Examinations
• Preventive oral health care
• Treatment of certain dental diseases
• Independent work with patients and teamwork with dentists and dental nurses

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed dental hygienist
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a valid B-class driver's license

The following qualifications are meritorious for the position:

• Relevant work experience within the profession
