About the Role

As part of the Primary Healthcare Area South, Hälsocentralen Centrum is located a stone's throw from Sundsvall city center, yet surrounded by lush greenery. Your future colleagues will consist of family physicians and specialists, district nurses, nurse assistants, medical secretaries, as well as a psychosocial team comprising social workers, psychiatric nurses, and psychologists.

We are now looking for a District Nurse to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. Responsibilities

• Independent reception work with own patients
• Telephone advice via TeleQ
• Work with both scheduled and urgent visits
• Documentation in Cosmic

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have further education as a district nurse, or alternatively another further education we deem relevant for the operations
• Have experience working in the medical record system Cosmic

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience within primary care

Personal qualities

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Team player
• Structured
