Health Centre Kramfors is one of 5 health centres in our primary care area West. Kramfors HC is the municipality's largest and is located in central Kramfors. With us, we have everything gathered under one roof and we have a large knowledge base in the form of our experienced staff within different professions, as well as cooperation with other healthcare institutions.

Our operations are facing new exciting challenges and with us you will have an important role where you influence and shape the future of healthcare. We are now looking for a nurse/registered nurse to the Health Centre in Kramfors. The position is a permanent full-time employment with access according to agreement.

Responsibilities

With us, you will work in an exciting operation that is constantly developing. The work is varied and fun. You use your clinical competence and your calmness to create security.

Your main tasks include:

• To be an important part of the team in our Assessment Clinic
• Scheduled clinic visits
• Work in the medical record system Cosmic
• Telephone advice

We work with qualified advice via the Advisory Support which is a quality-assured and evidence-based tool as well as a symptom-based medical decision support, which helps you to give patients the right advice. It is used as support for medical assessments of care needs and guides to the right level of care and refer them to the right care at the right time.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Are a registered nurse
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have work experience from healthcare or politically governed organization
• Have a manual B driver's license

It is meritorious if you

• Have further education as a district nurse or other further education considered relevant
