About the operation

Within Region Västernorrland there are three primary care areas; south, west and north where local cooperation takes place within/among municipalities, primary care and specialist care. Together we work to create a cohesive care chain for the growing patient groups of chronic and multi-diseased patients. Primary Care Area South has a hospital and eight region-run health centers, one of which is Hälsocentralen Södra Sundet. There are four municipalities in the area with six private health centers. Primary Care Area South has approximately 900 employees and six business managers.

Hälsocentralen Södra Sundet in Härnösand is a health center with everything gathered under one roof and around 10,000 registered patients. We strive to give residents good accessibility in all areas. We also have the Primary Care Emergency Service within our premises. We are now looking for a district nurse or nurse for our team! We offer you a varied job consisting of work with your own district nurse clinic, telephone advice, and clinic work. Every 6th weekend you work at the Primary Care Emergency Service. We have a light weekend schedule which means you work approx. 2 red holidays/year at the PCE in addition to every 6th weekend. We are now introducing the Svalöv model at our Health Center.

The position is for a permanent full-time employment with access as agreed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse or district nurse
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license

It is meritorious if you

• Have work experience from primary care, preferably child health center
• Have at least 1 year of work experience from specialist care and primary care
• Have work experience in clinic work
• Have experience working in the medical record system Cosmic
