Have you previously worked in a GLP-approved facility? If so, you may have an idea of what the role of an Assessment Leader entails. All organizations approved under GLP are visited regularly by us. We possess specialized expertise in inspection and quality assurance to guarantee that the work performed by our customers is carried out correctly.
Perform supervisory work digitally or on-site at the customer
As an Assessment Leader, you are an important part of Swedac's work, providing your expert knowledge. The role involves some administration related to supervision. Here, you will work with competent and friendly colleagues, and together you are responsible for ensuring our customers are assessed in a professional manner. The position may involve travel with overnight stays.
You – a person with a science background passionate about quality work
We are looking for you who have a degree from a university-level natural science education. You should have experience performing inspections within the framework of GLP. You have also completed the OECD training course "Training Course for GLP Inspectors".
Experience from working in the public sector or other public operations is meritorious.
In terms of personality, we envision you as being orderly, structured, and comfortable with administration. You are pedagogical in your communication with stakeholders and have a genuine interest in meeting with other people. Working independently is no problem for you, while you also appreciate being surrounded by competent colleagues and being part of a team. You have good leadership skills, can make decisions, and take stances based on facts. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You must also have good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
