Who are you?
As a Sales Manager with us, you are a key part of the daily operations in the store. You lead by being close to both the customers, the sales process, and your team. You coach and inspire your employees while actively participating in the sales work and customer interactions yourself.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and finds it motivating to create results together with others. You are a down-to-earth and engaged person who likes to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and get things done. Since you will be building your team from the ground up, it is important that you enjoy learning, developing, and creating structure together with others.
We believe that you currently work successfully in sales and are curious about developing others within the field. Perhaps you are an informal leader or have some form of team lead responsibility and feel ready for the next step? You are goal-oriented, good at prioritizing, and thrive in a role where you can combine sales with leadership.
You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish, and we would appreciate it if you had good travel experience and extensive knowledge of travel destinations. And not least – a passion for travel!
We work with a variety of internal and external systems, so it is an important asset that you have good data literacy and are accustomed to working in systems daily.

Since we want to be available for our customers when they need us, we have generous opening hours, which means the schedule is distributed over daytime, evening, and weekends. The position of Sales Manager with us in Jönköping is full-time with start date according to agreement.
