About Us

Symbolbruket develops and adapts products featuring Widgit Symbols in collaboration with the UK-based company Widgit Software. Our products support communication, structure, reading, and writing in various ways. Our users are primarily found in schools and preschools, care services, habilitation centers, and speech therapy.

Our most widely used tools include the web service Widgit Online, the desktop programs InPrint 4 and SymWriter 2, and the app Widgit Go.

We are a small company that places great emphasis on participation, ensuring that everyone enjoys their tasks and maintains a healthy work-life balance. Our office is located in central Linköping, and we operate on a hybrid model with the option to split your time equally between working from the office and working from home.

About the Role

We are now looking for a new team member to join our customer service and user support team. You will interact with our users by providing support via phone and email, processing and handling orders, and assisting with various technical and administrative queries.

The role primarily involves:

  • Staffing our customer service and support channels via phone and email
  • Troubleshooting and providing basic technical support
  • Administration and case follow-up

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to help others and deliver high-quality service. You pick up new systems easily and can quickly understand how things work from a technical perspective.

You will be part of a close-knit team of approximately five people. The group is characterized by a collaborative work style, where you will continuously develop and improve routines and processes together, both for each other and for our customers.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in customer service or technical support
  • Have experience with administrative work in various systems, possess good system familiarity, and feel confident working with different administrative tools
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Have good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing

As a person, you are:

  • Easy-going, positive, and solution-oriented
  • Helpful and pedagogical, with the ability to explain and guide clearly
  • Organized and structured
