We are now looking for a driven and operational E-com Photographer & Studio Assistant for our studio!

As an E-com Photographer & Studio Assistant, you will become an important part of our studio team, working to create and ensure the quality of image and video material for our website and all channels. The role combines photography, retouching, video editing, and practical studio work with planning and coordination prior to productions. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure an efficient production flow and a visual expression that strengthens the online customer experience.

Your main areas of responsibility and tasks:

Photography and Post-production

You are responsible for photographing products for e-commerce, both still images and moving material, with and without models. This includes modeling photography, product photography, as well as photography on hangers or mannequins. You work according to set image mantras, routines, and quality requirements to ensure a uniform and commercial product presentation. The role includes color correction, retouching, and video editing of material for e-com. You ensure that products are represented correctly and that image and video material follows the brand's visual guidelines.

Image and Video Management

You are responsible for activating, uploading, and managing image and video material in relevant systems. You also handle incoming matters related to images, retouching, and production in a structured and efficient manner.

Production Planning

You plan photo days with models based on forecasts and production needs, in close collaboration with the Studio Manager. You are also helpful during and before production with tasks such as steaming, preparations, and painting, and contribute to keeping the studio organized and ready for ongoing productions.

Model Booking

You are responsible for negotiating and booking models via agencies prior to e-com productions. The role also involves coordinating model-related logistics such as flights, taxis, and hotels, as well as creating and sending callsheets to relevant parties.

You have the ability to work efficiently against deadlines, handle several parallel workflows, and contribute to a smooth production flow in the studio.

The role suits you if you are solution-oriented, humble, and used to working both independently and in close collaboration with other functions. You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of consistent image quality in a commercial e-commerce environment.

You have:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Previous work experience in e-com, photography, and/or other productions
• Previous experience working in teams with roles such as stylist, photographer, makeup artist, creatives, and/or similar roles
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work structured and handle several parallel tasks simultaneously
