Lagaholmsskolan is a centrally located 7–9 grade school in Laholm with approximately 320 students and just under 40 staff members.

Our work to create a school where collaboration and collegial learning prevail has begun, and we have an exciting journey ahead of us. We are organized into year-group work teams, in which teachers have all or most of their teaching. This is to promote work around our students. Since the staff also sits in work teams, conditions are provided for thematic and subject-integrated work.

The use of ICT in teaching is a pedagogical tool for both students and staff in school work. We prioritize high social competence among our staff as well as teaching characterized by entrepreneurial learning and clear goal management.

Description

We are looking for an engaged and relationship-building student resource (elevresurs) for grade 7. The assignment involves providing support to students in their school day, both in teaching situations and in the social context, with the goal of creating conditions for safety, participation, and learning.

Responsibilities

The position involves following a class in grade 7 and providing targeted support to two students with individual needs for extra adjustments and structure in their school day. You will work closely with teaching teachers, student health services, and other colleagues and will be part of a work team.

One student needs support during meals, physical education, and craft classes. Another student attends an integrated adapted comprehensive school and needs support with schoolwork.

Qualifications

Healthcare and Nursing program (Omvårdnadsprogrammet) or experience of working within care and social services. You must also have:

• Experience working with children and young people in need of special support throughout their school day and inclusive working methods.
• A calm and clear approach.
• Good collaboration skills, ability to build trusting relationships, and be flexible and solution-focused.

About the Employment

Start date: By agreement.

The salary range for student assistant/student resource is from a minimum of 25,900 SEK to a maximum of 35,800 SEK. The average salary is 30,540 SEK. The offered salary is assessed based on the applicant's education and experience.
