In the heart of Östermalm, at Storgatan 15 at the intersection of Storgatan/Artillerigatan, we are opening a Wine Bakery in August 2026. We offer breakfast, lunch, bakery items, and a wine bar. It will be a neighborhood bakery and bistro combined, where bread, food, wine, craftsmanship, and service take center stage in a completely new environment that exudes calm and quality.

We are looking for a chef early in their career, with one or a few years of experience, who wants to be part of launching our new operation. You will be in good hands, surrounded by extensive experience and competence, and will have the opportunity to learn a great deal. The most important thing is that you have a burning passion for cooking and are eager to contribute to our kitchen team, where quality, care for ingredients, and guest satisfaction are highly valued.

We are a neighborhood restaurant a stone's throw from Östermalmstorg. Guests are served breakfast, lunch, and dinner/wine bar offerings in a relaxed atmosphere, along with bakery items throughout the day. Everything is baked and cooked on-site. The restaurant has approximately 65 seats, a small outdoor terrace, and an open kitchen. The Wine Bakery will be part of a larger organization with a relatively significant operation in Näringslivets Hus, right next door.

Working hours vary from early morning to late evening, Monday to Saturday. All service, from morning to evening, is à la carte for seated guests. We also have a café counter selling bread and take-away.

The Wine Bakery is owned and operated by Agendarum Cater AB, which currently runs four restaurants in Stockholm under the brand Proviant. Proviant was established in 2007, and we now have approximately 50 employees in the group. We have a secure economy, well-functioning routines and processes, and high ambitions.
