We are looking for a flexible Game-Master who can take on sporadic shifts during weekdays and weekends. The position involves approximately 8 to 20 hours per week.

Your Profile

You have completed your high school education and are currently studying or working part-time in another field. We are looking for someone with excellent social skills and the ability to communicate easily with people from various backgrounds.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers, introduce them to the Escape Room concept, and explain the game rules.
• Monitor and manage the technology that controls the game.
• Wrap up the game with customers, handle payments, and answer questions.
• Clean up after each group and prepare equipment for the next group.
• Respond to inquiries and booking requests via email and phone.

Your Qualifications

• Strong Social Skills: You ensure customers have a great experience regardless of their performance in the game.
• Stress Resilience: You can work under pressure and keep to the schedule, even during busy periods.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required as we have many English-speaking customers.

About You

• You are creative and come up with ideas and suggestions to improve the business.
• You are comfortable in a computer environment and with social media. Interest in writing blog posts is a plus.
• You communicate in flawless Swedish in both speech and writing (native level). This is mandatory as you will handle customer communication via email and social media.
