We are currently looking for a flexible Game-Master who can take on sporadic shifts during weekdays and weekends. The position involves approximately 8 to 20 hours per week.

Your prerequisites:

• You have completed your upper secondary education (high school).
• You are currently studying or working part-time in another field.
• You possess excellent social skills and communicate easily with different types of people.

Your responsibilities as a Game-Master:

• Greet customers and introduce them to the Escape Room concept and game rules.
• Monitor and manage the technology that controls the games.
• Wrap up the game with customers and handle payments.
• Clean up and prepare the room after each group, and set up equipment for the next group.
• Answer questions and booking requests via email and phone.

Your qualifications:

• High social competence: You ensure that customers have a great experience regardless of their performance in the game.
• Stress resilience: You can handle high pressure and keep to the schedule when necessary.
• English skills: Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required as we have many English-speaking customers.

About you:

• You are creative and bring ideas and suggestions to improve operations.
• You are comfortable in a digital environment and on social media. Experience or interest in writing blog posts is a plus.
• You communicate fluently and error-free in Swedish (native level), as you will handle customer communication via email and social media.
