We are looking for a flexible Game-Master to work sporadically during weekdays and weekends. The position involves approximately 8 to 20 hours per week.

Your prerequisites:

• You have completed your upper secondary education.
• You are currently studying or working part-time in another field.
• You possess excellent social skills and communicate easily with people.

Your responsibilities as a Game-Master:

• Greet customers, introduce them to the Escape Room concept, and explain the game rules.
• Monitor and manage the technology that controls the games.
• Wrap up the game with customers, handle payments, and answer questions.
• Clean up and prepare the rooms for the next group.
• Respond to booking inquiries and questions via email and phone.

Your qualifications:

• High social competence: You ensure that customers have a great experience regardless of their performance in the game.
• Stress resistance: You can handle time pressure and work at a fast pace to keep to the schedule.
• English: Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required as we have many English-speaking guests.

About you:

• You are creative and come up with ideas and suggestions to improve the business.
• You are comfortable in digital environments and on social media. Experience in writing blog posts is a plus.
• You communicate in flawless Swedish, both spoken and written (native speaker), as you will handle customer communication via email and social media.
