Do you want to make a difference for students and contribute to the school's continued development?

We are looking for an engaged and development-oriented special needs teacher who wants to be an important part of our student health work. We are looking for someone who is not content with just identifying obstacles, but who actively contributes to creating solutions together with students, teachers, and guardians.

We believe that successful student health work happens close to the teaching and close to the students. Therefore, presence in the classroom, collaboration with teachers, and a solution-focused approach are important parts of the role.

  • Conduct pedagogical assessments and investigations.
  • Draw up, follow up, and evaluate action plans.
  • Lead student health meetings and be an active part of the student health team.
  • Collaborate with guardians and external actors such as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) and social services.
  • Be present in classrooms to observe, support, and develop learning environments and teaching.
  • Contribute to the school's systematic quality work and drive school development based on operational needs.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is educated as a special needs teacher.
  • Has experience working in primary and lower secondary school, preferably grades 7–9.

  • Is confident in mentoring colleagues and leading professional conversations.
  • Has a relational approach and good collaboration skills.
  • Is solution-focused, proactive, and wants to contribute to the school's development.

We offer a developmental role where you have the opportunity to make a difference for individual students and for the operation as a whole. Together, we work for increased goal fulfillment, higher attendance, security, and study environment.
