Do you want to work practically, take responsibility, and be an important part of our service operations? We are now looking for an Area Property Technician specializing in white goods to join us at Gamla Byn AB in Avesta.

About the role

As a property technician with us, you will work with troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of white goods in our properties. You will have a mobile and autonomous role with significant personal responsibility, where you plan your assigned area, order materials, and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and with high quality.

You will meet many of our tenants in their homes. Therefore, we look for someone with strong social skills who is attentive, respectful, and trustworthy in interactions with others. In this role, you are not just the one solving technical problems; you also contribute to safety, good service, and a functioning daily life for our tenants.

We would like you to have:

• experience in practical work within service or technology, preferably with white goods
• a solution-oriented and service-focused approach
• good service sense and professional conduct
• a valid driver's license (Category B), which is a requirement
• good computer skills, preferably with experience in property management systems
• ability to communicate in multiple languages, which is an advantage
• ability to work independently, plan your work, and take overall responsibility for your area

Employment and conditions

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Avesta. The work is during daytime hours, but on-call duties may become relevant. You will be based out of our office at Axel Johnsons väg 73, Avesta. Start date is by agreement.

We have a collective agreement and offer secure employment conditions. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for this position.
