Responsible for service, advisory, and machinery rental

With us, you become an important part of the team. Together, we ensure that every customer receives a warm welcome and clear advice. In this role, you will meet our customers both in the customer center and out in the machinery yard, where you help them find the right machines for their construction and civil engineering projects.

The work involves handling service, order flows, logistics, and returns in a structured and professional manner. You provide advice regarding our machinery range, contribute to the sale of accessories, and ensure smooth deliveries. You will also work with maintenance and repairs of construction equipment to ensure that the machines maintain high quality and are always ready for use.

Customer focus and interest in construction machinery

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a genuine commitment to what you do. You thrive in interactions with people and are good at building good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. You take responsibility, are proactive, and are happy to help out where needed to provide the best possible service.

You work in a structured manner, are meticulous in your tasks, and enjoy finding solutions that exceed customer expectations.

The position requires:

• At least two years of experience in a service trade
• At least two years of experience repairing machinery and handling work orders
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Good computer skills, such as Word and Excel
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have a BE license as well as a forklift license or loader license. Previous experience from the rental industry is also considered an advantage.
