About the Role

Bravida is now looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused Foreman Support for their projects within EcoDataCenter in Borlänge/Falun. This is a key role where you act as support to project and site management and play a vital part in daily operations. The role is broad and varied, focusing on coordination, administration, and operational support, where a good technical understanding of electrical systems is important in daily work.

You will be the hub in the network with many contact points – both on-site and in administrative contexts. The role involves close collaboration with projects and production, where you contribute to creating structure and progress.

• Employment Type: Direct hire to client
• Start Date: According to agreement

Your Responsibilities

• Support foremen and site management in daily work and coordinate between different parties
• Participate in site meetings and represent Bravida
• Work closely with projects and production, utilizing your electrical expertise in coordination and follow-up
• Follow up on actions, take notes, and ensure progress
• Order materials and handle drawings and documentation
• Step in where needed and contribute to problem-solving, both administratively and on-site

You are not afraid to get your hands dirty where needed, whether it involves practical or administrative tasks.

Formal Requirements

• Electrical background through education or work experience, with a good understanding of electrical components and installations
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily contact with English-speaking stakeholders
• Experience in a coordinating or administrative role, preferably in a technical environment
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)

Qualifications That Are Meritorious

• Experience from roles such as service manager, project manager, or contracting engineer
• Experience from the electrical, construction, or installation industry
