Gigantic Truck & Maskin in Mora is growing and is now looking for a service technician who wants to become part of our team.

About the position

As a service technician, you will be based in Mora with your own service van, responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of forklifts and machinery for our customers in Dalarna and the surrounding area.

You work independently at the customer's site, but always have support from colleagues, the spare parts team, and the service management.

Your responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of forklifts and machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Customer contact and advisory
• Contribute to the development of our service organization

Who are you?

We believe you have experience as a service technician, mechanic, electrician, or similar.

You are self-motivated, responsible, and enjoy building good relationships with customers.

We would like you to have:

• Technical understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, or electricity
• Experience in service or workshop work
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• A solution-oriented approach to work
