Prowash is growing and is now looking for a Service Technician based in Uppsala!

About the Role

As a service technician at Prowash, you will operate from your home with a fully equipped service vehicle, working on-site with customers to provide service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for car wash facilities. You are responsible for ensuring that Prowash customers have a secure, reliable, and well-functioning facility – and preferably even better than they expect.

The work is varied and independent, but you always have a strong team behind you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planned service and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairs (mechanics & electrical)
• Emergency service interventions as needed
• Dialogue with customers and suggestions for improvements regarding the facility

We are looking for you who:

• Are a team player who also thrives with personal responsibility
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and eager to develop technically
• Are structured and professional in customer interactions

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in mechanics and basic electrical knowledge
• Experience as a service technician, field technician, or installer (meritorious)
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good English in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
