Prowash is growing and is now looking for a Service Technician based in Uppsala!

About the Role

As a service technician at Prowash, you will operate from your home with a fully equipped service vehicle and work on-site with customers, performing maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of car wash facilities. You are responsible for ensuring that Prowash customers have a secure, reliable, and well-functioning facility – and preferably even better than they expect.

The work is varied and independent, but you always have a strong team backing you up.

Your Responsibilities:

• Scheduled maintenance and preventive servicing
• Troubleshooting and repairs (mechanics & electrical)
• Emergency service interventions when needed
• Dialogue with customers and suggestions for improvements regarding the facility

We are looking for someone who

• Is a team player who also thrives with personal responsibility
• Is curious, solution-oriented, and eager to develop technically
• Is structured and professional in customer interactions

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in mechanics as well as basic electrical knowledge
• Experience as a service technician, field technician, or installer (meritorious)
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
