Norr-Don is now looking for an Industrial Electrician who wants to be a key part of the work with operation, maintenance, and development of equipment within the mining and tunneling industry. Here you will work both above and underground together with an engaged team in a dynamic daily life.

About the company

Norr-Don AB was founded in 1986 and today has its own manufacturing and development of a large number of products within automation and power supply. Examples include switchgear cabinets, distribution centers, pump and fan automation. We also offer the development of new automation and control systems for various machines and robots for mining and tunneling operations. Norr-Don also provides installation, service, and maintenance of both our own and others' products.

Our customers are primarily within the mining and tunneling industry, but also projects within a large number of other industries where solutions need to be smart and withstand very tough environments.

Your responsibilities

As an Industrial Electrician at Norr-Don, you will become part of a work team together with mechanics and miners. The role involves varied work where you work both independently and in teams. The work includes among other things:

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mining machines.
• Participation in projects where both electrical and mechanical tasks occur.
• Collaboration with colleagues in different professional fields.

The work takes place both above and underground and follows a 7/7 schedule, which means you work 7 days and then have 7 days off. The position involves varying workdays where you need to be able to take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to driving the work forward in a structured way.

Your background and personal qualities

We are looking for you who are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role with great personal responsibility. You find it easy to collaborate and appreciate a daily life where tasks vary.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an electrician.
• Experience in troubleshooting and reading drawings.
• Upper secondary education in a relevant field.
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience as an industrial electrician.
• Experience from industrial operations.
