About the role

During your working days, you will work variably with service, installations, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems within a diverse and challenging property portfolio for our commercial customers, such as Hushagen and Jernhusen.

In this role, you are expected to be locally responsible for regulatory compliance in relation to the company's self-control program. You assess the situation that has arisen, report any deviations with improvement and action proposals, and carry out the work. You will participate in smaller projects regarding electrical installations, which also includes quotation work. You will also handle the supervision and maintenance of the electrical systems in accordance with our customer agreements.

You will become an important part of a small team of specialists based in Borlänge and will have the opportunity to collaborate with other technical areas, such as ventilation, heating, and energy. As a team, we believe in close collaboration, so if needed, you will support our Property and Operations Technicians. The role is ambulatory and involves everything from simpler installations such as wall sockets, switches, light fixtures, etc., to the installation of fan motors, dampers, actuators, pumps, etc.

Qualifications

• Approved electrician education with AL qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of service electrician
• Experienced in reading electrical diagrams and troubleshooting independently
• Very good ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally via handheld device
• Category B driver's license is a requirement

• Experience working with property management
• Experience with service & maintenance in other technical areas
