Our assignments consist of both large and small projects, contracting, service tasks, and maintenance.

As we are in an expansion phase and involved in several interesting projects with our industrial customers around Dalarna, including in Falun, Borlänge, Avesta, and Ludvika, we need to grow with more engaged star players in these areas. Our division and operations are currently based in Borlänge, but assignments extend throughout the entire region.

We have the competence internally within the group to tackle interesting and complex projects together, and our ambition is to build a team with top expertise and strengths in various areas related to power and industry. Job Responsibilities

As a power and industrial electrician with us, you work with varied tasks in exciting customer projects from start to finish. The work may include everything from installation and troubleshooting, to conversions, electrical service, and corrective maintenance. Main Responsibilities

• Install, mount, and wire cables
• Troubleshooting and maintenance, primarily in power installations
• Assist with commissioning in projects
• A service-oriented approach, where you help our customers

Experience and Competence

We would like to build a team with different directions and competencies within electric power. However, we require that you have worked for a few years as an electrician, are self-motivated, have good cooperation skills, and are flexible in your work. For a leading technician or project manager role, it is meritorious if you have a good understanding of business, costing, and customer contact.

We believe you enjoy working with varied tasks, are solution-oriented, and take initiative. We highly value your communication skills as you have both internal and external contacts, and that you have a positive attitude towards changes.

As a person, you are accustomed to maintaining a high technical level and efficiency in your work. You thrive working against deadlines, are confident in your competence, and have good prioritization skills in high-pressure situations. Maintaining many contact surfaces, where you also provide service and support based on your electrical power competence, is an important part of your job. With a business perspective, you are driving, creative, and quality-conscious in your assignments.

We are looking for you:

• Who has electrical education and ECY certification or equivalent competence.
• A couple of years of experience as an electrician or power technician.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• You must be able to read and understand drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

Meritorious if you have worked in the power sector or as an industrial electrician previously, and have experience in leadership such as leading technician or equivalent. If you are also skilled with digital tools, that is a plus.
