Riksbyggen in Falun is looking for a Property Caretaker

You will be responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance of our customers' properties and will become part of a team managing daily operations. As a Property Caretaker at Riksbyggen, you will be one of the employees who works closest to the customer. This means, among other things, that you will be responsible for receiving and promptly handling any requests and fault reports from customers.

Responsibilities include interior and exterior maintenance, minor property repairs, customer contact, purchasing of materials, and maintenance of machinery and hand tools. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own.

We prefer that you have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property maintenance, operations, or management, or equivalent relevant work experience. Good knowledge and experience of technical installations in properties is an advantage, as is experience driving a car with a trailer.

The mobile phone is an important work tool in all our roles. It is where we communicate and where you keep track of your email, handle work orders, and manage time reporting, etc. Therefore, we expect you to have knowledge and experience in handling mobile phones and computers at work.

A B-category driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is a requirement for this position.

The position is a permanent employment located in Falun, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
