About the role

Perido is currently looking for a Caretaker/Facility Assistant for an assignment with a government agency located in Borlänge. In this role, you will have a central function in the operations, responsible for ensuring that the premises run smoothly and that employees, visitors, and suppliers receive the service they need. This assignment is perfect for you who are practical, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a role with many points of contact.

Your responsibilities

As a caretaker, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Receiving and distributing deliveries
• Handling mail and packages
• Receiving and processing fault reports
• Patrolling premises and following up on identified actions
• Waste management and recycling
• Moving and relocating furniture and equipment
• Practical support to the facility manager
• Changing light bulbs and performing minor repairs
• Contact with external suppliers, such as cleaning services and waste management
• Storage and inventory management

Your personality

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys helping others. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to plan and prioritize your work independently. Since the role involves many points of contact, we also value that you are social, communicative, and professional in your interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of work experience as a caretaker or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software
• Basic experience working in case management systems
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2026-11-30. Immediate start.
