As an Installation Manager at NCC, you will play a key role in our most exciting projects. You will be involved from the initial idea to final delivery, and your technical expertise is crucial in creating smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
The Role of Installation Manager
As an Installation Manager, you have overall responsibility for coordinating installation work throughout the entire project – from bidding and design to production and handover. You drive and coordinate technical solutions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and constructability.
In the early stages, you participate in bidding and design, working with system solutions, calculations, procurement, and coordination of installation disciplines in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
During production, you act as an installation coordinator on the construction site, supporting site organization, coordinating contractors, monitoring costs, and handling variation orders (ÄTA). You ensure that installations are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements, and that functional tests and final documentation are completed correctly.
The role requires good technical understanding, financial acumen, and the ability to create a holistic view and structure in complex projects.
