About the role
In the role of Operations and Maintenance Technician, you will work with maintenance within the company's production facility. This includes assembly, machining, and packaging machines, as well as a purification and process plant. You will be responsible for a specific machine or area. Responsibilities
- Drive improvement work in your area together with a cross-functional group working on product and machine area development.
- Develop, test, improve, and commission new and existing machines/processes together with other departments.
- Drive work to develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain and ensure stable processes on production equipment.
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed at least a technical upper secondary education, or equivalent work experience.
- Has experience in maintenance work in a production environment, e.g., as a maintenance technician.
- Is proficient in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily.
It is an advantage if you have
- A completed post-secondary education in maintenance technology or similar.
- Experience working in a medical technology company.
- Knowledge of PLC programming.
