Do you want to work as a vehicle dismantler/mechanic and contribute to a more sustainable future within vehicle recycling? Here, you will use your technical skills in practical work involving dismantling, reuse, and quality assurance of vehicles. We are looking for someone with an interest in mechanics who values collaboration, safety, and development, where your contribution makes a difference.

Responsibilities
  • Dismantling of passenger cars and light vehicles according to instructions and environmental requirements
  • Identification, dismantling, and testing of mechanical components such as engines, gearboxes, suspension systems, and electronics
  • Draining and emptying in accordance with laws and environmental regulations
  • Sorting and handling of spare parts, recyclable materials, and hazardous waste according to established guidelines
  • Quality control and functional testing of recycled parts prior to storage and sale
  • Documentation of work processes, spare parts, and procedures in digital support systems
  • Maintenance and cleaning of work areas, tools, and lifting equipment in compliance with safety regulations
  • Team collaboration for a safe, pleasant, and efficient work environment, as well as active participation in improvement work
Requirements and Qualifications – Vehicle Dismantler/Mechanic
  • Practical experience from vehicle technology, automotive mechanics, mechanical work, workshops, or similar
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicle construction, mechanical systems, and electrical components
  • Ability to work carefully, systematically, and follow instructions
  • Category B driver's license and forklift certificate (mandatory)
  • Good physical condition, as heavy lifting and some outdoor work are involved
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Additional merits include experience in vehicle dismantling or recycling, familiarity with handling electronic spare parts, or knowledge of environmentally sound management of hazardous waste.
