What does the role involve?
As an Operations Manager, you are the hub of daily operations. You lead, coach, and support your team – both in everyday work and in forward development. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, that customers feel secure, and that the delivery maintains the highest class. The role is varied, eventful, and perfect for you who like to be both strategic and operational.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Create smart staffing solutions that make everyday life efficient and smooth
• Inspire, guide, and be close to your employees in daily work
• Follow up on and develop quality at customer sites
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Spot new business opportunities by understanding customer needs
• Drive improvements and contribute ideas that develop the entire business
• Handle induction and training of new employees

Who are you?

We see that you have:

• Experience working in building services/cleaning
• Administrative experience
• Good computer and system knowledge
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Are driven and enjoy challenges
• Have good initiative and problem-solving skills

Meritorious:

• Education in INSTA 800 and/or SRY

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent
• Work hours: Full-time
• Working time: Monday-Friday 06:00
• Start date: According to agreement
• Probation period: 6 months

The role is placed in a security class, and a security check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
