The Role
As a remediation technician, you play a key role in helping our customers return to a safe, clean, and functional environment after damages or other unforeseen events. Your tasks will include, among other things:
The role involves both customer contact and upselling. You will gradually take on increasing responsibility for the depot's resource planning, quality assurance, and work routines – with the goal of fully stepping into the role of depot manager. The work is varied, practical, and suits you if you enjoy working both independently and in a team.
Requirements
We are looking for you with several years of experience from demolition and/or remediation, who can independently plan your workday to make it as well-organized and efficient as possible. You also view demolition work as a preparatory measure for the restoration of damages/projects.
You are handy, self-initiative, and structured, with a high sense of service and work ethic, positive energy, and thrive in varied and physical work both independently and in a group.
It is important that you are communicative, respectful, and understanding in your customer interactions.
Qualifications
It is an advantage if you already have a broad network within the construction and property industry, as well as experience in resource planning and customer contact.
