Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• A valid Category B driver's license (required).
• An outgoing and proactive personality.
• A desire to contribute to the development of both yourself and our operations.
• A service-oriented mindset, engagement, and positivity.
• Comfort and confidence in interacting with people.

Advantageous qualifications:

• Loader operator license.
• Training in hazardous waste handling.

Employment terms:

• 6-month probationary period.
• Salary type: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Start date: 2026-06-01 or as agreed.

Your Role

As an employee at one of our recycling centers, your main task is to work towards reducing the amount of waste sent for incineration and to contribute to a higher share of material recycling and reuse. To succeed in this, you will guide our customers in sorting their bulky waste correctly while maintaining order and cleanliness at the centers.

In addition to customer contact, the work may involve ranking containers using a loader, handling hazardous waste, maintaining good order, and performing certain administrative tasks.
