About the Role

At our company, you will always work in pairs. If you are not already an expert window cleaner, you will receive a comprehensive introduction and thorough training where you will learn to clean windows according to our guidelines. Safety is naturally a top priority; you will learn how we handle safety protocols and how to interact with our customers and colleagues in the best possible way. All our employees also undergo CPR training.

As a window cleaner with us, you will work with the absolute best technology and equipment in our industry. We even have 3D-printed tools to make your workday more enjoyable and easier!

Who are you?

We are looking for cheerful people who have a strong drive and enjoy having fun at work.

At Erik's Window Cleaning, we work in teams, take responsibility, and show engagement and joy in what we do. You have a strong service orientation – always with the customer in focus. You are motivated by working towards set goals and exceeding them. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a manual B-driver's license.
