MEMUHEM AB specializes in cleaning services for private homes and offices. We were founded in March 2020, but bring approximately 15 years of industry experience to the table.

We are looking for a driven team leader/site manager who wants to take the business to the next level.

Do you want to work in a service-intensive industry where customers and staff are at the center, with significant personal responsibility? If so, this might be the job for you.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning daily operations, communicating with staff and existing customers, conducting client visits, writing quotes, following up on work, scheduling, onboarding new employees, administration, and much more.

A suitable background could be that you have worked in the industry for several years and are ready to take the next step, or that you come from a completely different industry but have a background that fits. It is important that you can work independently and drive processes forward. You will have supportive owners with high availability to assist you.

Furthermore, you enjoy working towards achieved goals, planning your work, and making your own decisions. You have good communication skills and are not afraid to jump in and help when needed.

The position is initially at approximately 70%, but may be expanded over time.
