Are you looking for a new challenge or do you want to combine work with studies or another job? Become a casual employee with us. This gives you the opportunity to control your time and plan when you want to work.

As a casual employee, you replace permanent staff during short-term absences. This means you perform the tasks included in the regular work at the workplace where you are assigned.

Are you a secure and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, as you may work at different workplaces and working hours may vary.

As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of good customer service. You collaborate easily and can adapt to changes. We believe that diversity, different competencies, and experiences contribute to a good work environment.

We conduct selections and hold interviews continuously – but the need for new casual employees varies, which means the process may take different amounts of time.

In municipal property maintenance, you contribute to keeping our municipal premises fresh and in good condition. You usually work independently, and the tasks consist mainly of cleaning various types of premises. Your colleagues are in the cleaning group, but also among the staff in the operations where you work.

Qualifications

We place importance on personal qualities.

To fit the role of casual employee, you need:

• good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• computer literacy

It is an advantage if you:

• have previous experience in the profession
• have a B driving license and access to a car

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the record of offenses) is required for the position of casual employee.
