Scandinavian Städexpress is a growing cleaning company based in Mullsjö. We always put the customer first and deliver cleaning services of the highest quality. We are now looking for an engaged and flexible employee who wants to handle our customer contact and work with us in the field.

About the Role & Compensation:

This position is perfect for you who want to combine administrative work from home with practical work. The role and salary are divided as follows:

1. Customer Service & Bookings (Commission-based): You handle incoming calls, emails, and bookings from customers. For this work, you receive a commission of 10% on the net revenue (excl. VAT) for each confirmed booking. You control your own time when responding to customers.
2. Cleaning Services (Hourly Wage): You work in the field and perform cleaning services (home cleaning, move-out cleaning, etc.) together with our team. For this work, you receive a fixed hourly wage as agreed.

Qualifications:

• Language: You speak and write fluent Swedish (this is an absolute requirement for customer contact).
• Experience: Experience in cleaning is an advantage, but your attitude is most important.
• Personal qualities: You are service-oriented, driven, meticulous, and punctual. You thrive with a varied workday.
• Driver's License: A Category B driver's license is a plus.
