We are now looking for a Floor Manager for our unit at Schibsted's offices in central Stockholm. Here, you will be the hub of daily operations and a key person in developing the guest experience together with our team.

🧑‍💼 About the role

The role includes:

• Leading daily floor operations and ensuring high quality in the café, restaurant, and during events
• Creating and implementing creative and unexpected elements in both daily service and events
• Working closely with the head chef to develop menus, layouts, and overall experiences
• Planning, coordinating, and executing events – from idea to completion
• Being operational in the business while contributing to planning and development
• Ensuring order, flow, and an inspiring environment for both guests and colleagues
• Working primarily during the day, with evening events occurring occasionally

• Have experience from restaurants, cafés, events, or similar service-oriented operations
• Are idea-rich, proactive, and love creating that little extra for guests
• Have an eye for detail and a natural sense for taste, quality, and atmosphere
• Are stress-resistant, positive, and thrive in a role where you solve things quickly and smartly
• Collaborate and communicate well, but are also confident working independently
• Requirement: Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have good computer skills and can handle booking systems and the Office suite
• Experience in project planning is a merit.
