Tempest Security is now looking for an engaged and driven Deputy Night Shift Supervisor to join our operations in Malmö. This is a key role where you will lead staff, ensure high quality in our deliveries, and contribute to the development of both the business and the people around you.

This is an excellent opportunity for you who currently work as a security guard, team leader, or in a similar role and wish to take the next step within the security industry.

The position is a full-time employment with an attractive 5–2 night shift schedule, with working hours between 19:00 and 07:00.

About the Role

As Deputy Night Shift Supervisor, you are an integral part of the operational management during night operations. You work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that our assignments are carried out with high quality, professionalism, and a strong sense of service.

The role is divided into two main parts:

• Operational work within patrol and response activities.
• Stepping in as deputy supervisor in cases of illness, leave, or other absences.

It is therefore important that you stay updated on the operations and the work group so that you can take on leadership responsibilities when needed and ensure smooth operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees in their daily work
• Plan, distribute, and follow up on tasks
• Ensure that routines, instructions, and quality requirements are followed
• Handle deviations and make decisions in operational situations
• Act as a key contact person for customers and partners
• Contribute to the development of operations and our working methods
• Support the regular supervisor and take on greater operational responsibility when needed

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Be a certified security guard (VU1 and VU2)
• Have documented experience in patrol and response activities
• Be approved by the County Administrative Board to work in an authorized security company
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
• Be law-abiding, have a clean criminal record, be drug-free, and have sound finances

Merits

It is an advantage if you have:

• Leadership training
• Experience from a supervisory position in the security or service industry
• Training as a steward, protective guard, or in fire safety
• Knowledge of alarm handling and technical security systems
• Good knowledge of English
• Additional language skills
