You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Work with product and production development in technically challenging projects
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative, sustainable solutions
• Independently plan, initiate, and drive your tasks forward
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to ensure progress and delivery in projects
• Contribute a holistic perspective by understanding the technical, business, and organizational aspects of the assignment
• Participate in the development of future energy solutions together with leading players in the industry

Qualifications We are looking for you who have a strong interest in technology and a desire to develop within product or production development. You are motivated by understanding complex technical contexts, analyzing problems, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience in product development, production development, or similar technical roles
• Experience in problem-solving and technical development work
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Experience from the energy sector is an advantage
• Technical hobbies or projects alongside studies and work are seen as a plus

Practical Information This is a permanent position, located in our new, fresh office in central Borlänge, Målaregatan 10. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the job. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
