In this role, you will work close to the operations and be a key part of ensuring efficient flows, good structure, and high quality in work related to materials and deliveries.

About the role

You will work operationally with coordinating material flows and ensuring that information and delivery processes run smoothly in an international context. The role has a focus on inbound flows but requires a holistic perspective on supply chain and logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordination and follow-up of material and delivery flows
• Ensuring that information and documentation related to deliveries are correct
• Ongoing contact with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal functions
• Supporting operations in matters related to international flows
• Contributing to structuring work methods and improving routines
• Administrative handling related to purchasing, deliveries, and follow-up

The work is varied and the pace may vary, which requires flexibility and the ability to prioritize.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, and thrives in a role where you take responsibility and drive your work forward. You are structured in your approach to work and find it easy to collaborate with various stakeholders.

You are confident in handling multiple parallel tasks and have a solution-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing
• Experience working in an international environment
• Good system proficiency, preferably in SAP or similar business systems
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience contacting external logistics or transport partners
• Experience from manufacturing industry
