We are now looking for a structured and detail-oriented employee for our 5-shift team, with a strong interest in technology!

Our maintenance organization consists of 80 employees who perform planned and corrective maintenance on our machinery on behalf of the organization. We work for our internal customers to ensure high availability of our lines and systems.

What does the job entail?

• The 5-shift team is Spendrups' emergency response team. Each shift team consists of 4 technicians (2 mechanical technicians and 2 electrical/automation technicians).
• You will work with corrective and preventive maintenance, including troubleshooting, analysis, and repair.
• Preventive maintenance involves inspection/control, lubrication, replacement of wear parts, and cleaning. We use the Maximo maintenance system for planning maintenance measures and reporting completed work.

Working hours are shift-based, which means the following schedule for this position:

• Morning week: 05:48–14:00, followed by a weekend off.
• Afternoon week: 13:48–22:00, with two 12-hour weekend shifts, followed by a week off.
• Night week: 21:48–06:00, with one 12-hour weekend shift, followed by a week off.

Who are you?

• You are at least 18 years old and have a high school education in operations and maintenance, or equivalent work experience.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.
• As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented. You thrive in team environments and have a strong interest in technology.

Merits: Forklift license, crane license, fall protection, work platform, or hot work certification. If you do not have these certificates, training will be provided as needed.
