Do you want a central role with many contact points, helping to ensure an efficient and sustainable raw material flow? Our client, Ovako, is now looking for an engaged Raw Material Coordinator for their operations in Smedjebacken.

As a Raw Material Coordinator, you play a key role between suppliers, purchasing, and production. You are responsible for coordinating the raw material flow, monitoring inventory and material balances, and contributing to ensuring quality, delivery precision, and efficient working methods. The role also involves close collaboration with management regarding working environment, safety, and improvement work.

This is a direct employment position with Ovako.

• Contact with suppliers, contractors, and transporters

• Planning and monitoring of raw material flows and inventory levels

• Create purchase orders and support during deliveries

• Invoice and claims handling

• Participate in quality, development, and improvement projects

• Assist with audits

• Support operations as needed within the group's area of responsibility

• Travel is required for this role

You are structured, responsible, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You work carefully, take initiative, and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and collaboration.

• High school education

• Industrial experience

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with business systems and MS Office

• Understanding of processes and production environments

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Purchasing experience is an advantage
