About the Role

As an architect with us, you will have a varied role working on both new construction and renovation projects within residential and commercial properties. You will become an important part of our team and contribute to developing attractive, functional, and sustainable environments for our tenants. The position is a vacancy during the period.

Your duties may include, among other things:

• creating sketches, drawings, and construction documents
• designing apartment layouts
• participating in the planning and execution of construction projects
• collaborating with project managers, contractors, and authorities
• contributing to design and development issues
• ensuring projects comply with current laws and requirements

Your Qualities and Experience

You are structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. We value that you are proactive and have a genuine interest in sustainable development and good architecture.

We would like you to have:

• an architectural education or experience we consider equivalent
• experience in design and drawing work
• good knowledge of relevant CAD tools, preferably AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
• understanding of the construction process and regulations
• ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Experience from property companies or public sector operations is an advantage.

Employment and Terms

The position as an architect is a parental leave vacancy on a full-time basis until April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension on a full- or part-time basis until August 31, 2027. Location at our office on Axel Johnsons väg 73 in Avesta. The work is scheduled during daytime Monday to Friday, and start date is by agreement.

We have collective agreements and offer secure employment conditions. We would like you to have a B-driver's license, as travel within our property portfolio may occur.
