About the Role

As Team Leader Production & Planning, you will have a central role in the operations, responsible for coordinating and driving the work from order to delivery. You will become a key link between customers, suppliers, and production, with significant responsibility for ensuring that operations run efficiently and in an organized manner.

The role is broad and varied. You will work with production planning, preparation, purchasing, order management, customer support, and delivery planning, while also contributing to the development of routines, documentation, and working methods. You will also support production and participate in daily operations when the business requires it.

A key part of the assignment involves creating structure, ensuring that manufacturing documentation is correct, and contributing to making the company's processes more efficient and less dependent on specific individuals.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience from manufacturing industry and thrive in a role where technology, planning, and customer contact meet. You are a person who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and has the ability to drive work forward in a structured way.

You have a technical interest and feel comfortable diving into products, drawings, and different manufacturing methods. At the same time, you have a good sense of service and appreciate contact with both customers and suppliers.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are meticulous, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You work independently when needed but are also a team player who thrives in a smaller organization where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

We would like you to have experience in production planning, preparation, purchasing, or other coordinating roles within the industry. Skills in reading drawings and business systems are meritorious, as is experience in quality work, documentation, or CE-related issues.

You have good computer skills, are proficient in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
