Hitachi Energy Components is looking for a driven and results-oriented Production Developer.

You will be part of the Winding Switches team within Hitachi Energy in Ludvika.

How you will make an impact

• Implement, analyze, and develop methods and technologies for the next step in smart manufacturing.
• Work on production efficiency and standardize production processes.
• Drive and lead the implementation of smart technology for quality assurance.
• The Winding Switches team has a strong focus on lean implementation. Your responsibility will be to lead and execute projects in this area.
• Optimize products together with the Technology and R&D departments for smarter manufacturing.
• Lead major investment projects (CapEx investments).
• Work closely with production management to develop and maintain our world-class production lines.

Your background

• You have a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field, or have gained similar competence through experience in production and technology within the manufacturing industry.
• Results-oriented and driven to develop future production.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Be prepared to work with long-term strategies while also handling daily operational issues.
• Experience in leadership roles is an advantage.
• Experience in conducting LEAN projects within production is an advantage.
• Experience working with takt-paced production lines and handling production systems for this is an advantage.
• Experience working with production systems (MES) and ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
