About the role

As a Technical Sales representative, you play a central role in handling customer inquiries and providing technical sales support for everything from standard products to more complex system solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the customer to create accurate and well-thought-out orders, as well as preparing the technical documentation required for production to execute the delivery correctly. This means you will work with CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC programs, collaborating closely with customers, sales, production, service, and R&D to ensure high quality throughout the entire process, from first contact to delivery.

The role is based at our office in Björbo.

Responsibilities:

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and production documentation (CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC programs)
• Responsible for technical documentation, bills of materials (BOM), and delivery documentation
• Manage customer dialogue and provide technical advice regarding products, system solutions, and orders
• Prepare quotations and pricing
• Administer customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and communicate order status and any changes to the customer
• Participate in customer meetings as technical sales support
• Contribute to continuous improvements and efficient working methods (Lean)

Qualifications:

• Technical education (automation engineer) or equivalent work experience in PLC programming
• Experience in technical customer support, service, or customer contact in a technical environment
• Good technical understanding and interest in technology
• Good system proficiency and experience working structured in business and order flows
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of radio control and control systems in industry and/or vehicles is an advantage
