About the assignment
In this role, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring projects within the business, with a focus on ensuring efficient processes, optimal resource utilization, and delivery according to set goals. You work systematically to organize project teams, distribute responsibilities, create schedules, and ensure that the right competencies are in place throughout the project lifecycle.

You monitor project progress regarding time, cost, and quality, and ensure compliance with both internal guidelines and external standards. The role also involves identifying and managing risks and obstacles that could affect project execution, as well as proposing and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.

Depending on the scope of the assignment, you may work on several parallel and related projects, including initiatives linked to business development or change management. You collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, taking responsibility for coordinating and monitoring supplier deliveries within the project as needed.

As a Senior Project Manager, you work independently with significant responsibility and also provide support and guidance to more junior colleagues.

You thrive in a role where you can combine operational execution with strategic thinking and continuous improvement.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within business or operational processes
• Experience driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Good familiarity with project planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Experience with budget responsibility and resource planning
• Ability to manage risks and drive problem-solving in projects
