Your new job

In the role of Project Manager within automation, you will be the hub of the project operations. You are responsible for our automation projects – from participating in creating sales calculations to managing project planning, economics, and execution, all the way to final delivery. Your main tasks will include:

• Leading the various phases of projects and being responsible for calculations, results, and execution.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships through value-adding upselling.
• Working with procurement/purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment issues.
• Leading and engaging employees and working to create a positive team.
• Regularly reporting on project progress and financial status compared to the plan.
• Participating in the creation of designs, operation and maintenance instructions, and participating in inspections.
• Handing over completed projects to service.
• Feeding back experiences gained from completed projects to other project participants and colleagues.
• Participating in Bravida's improvement work and constantly challenging our processes to find a competitive workflow.

Your new team

The Automation team in Dalarna consists of 18 employees, divided into engineers, technicians, and project managers. We are a team driven by development, but above all by having fun at work! You will join a great group looking forward to getting to know you. Together, we offer our customers the widest range of automation solutions on the market. In addition to automation, Bravida offers all types of services within electricity, heating, sanitation, and ventilation. Our breadth and cooperation are our strengths!

We are looking for you who

• Have previously worked with project management, or alternatively have longer experience as a consultant or control and instrumentation technician/engineer in the automation industry.
• Have good technical understanding and a great interest in programming, IT, and network technology.
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have good economic knowledge.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience in building automation and/or installation is highly meritorious.

You lead your work team towards a common goal and are social to maintain important contacts. You have a natural ability to build and develop good business relationships and work engaged to keep the project and all its parts together. You like to develop and want to learn more about the technology – what you don't know, we can teach you! To succeed in the role, you are a driven person and comfortable operating in an industry that is now facing a major change regarding the digitization of buildings.

Placement is possible at several of Bravida Dalarna's branches, for example in Falun, Mora, or Borlänge.
