In this role, you will work closely with the operations and be a key part of ensuring efficient flows, good structure, and high quality in work related to materials and deliveries.

About the role

You will work operationally to coordinate material flows and ensure that information and delivery processes run smoothly in an international context. The role focuses primarily on inbound flows but requires a holistic perspective on supply chain and logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordination and follow-up of material and delivery flows
• Ensuring that information and documentation related to deliveries are correct
• Ongoing contact with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal functions
• Supporting the business with issues related to international flows
• Contributing to structuring working methods and improving routines
• Administrative handling related to purchasing, deliveries, and follow-up

The work is varied and the pace may vary, requiring flexibility and the ability to prioritize.

About you

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a role where you take responsibility and drive your work forward. You are structured in your approach to work and find it easy to collaborate with various stakeholders.

You are confident in handling multiple parallel tasks and have a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing
• Experience working in an international environment
• Good system proficiency, preferably in SAP or similar business systems
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience communicating with external logistics or transport partners
• Experience from manufacturing industry
